Understanding and Improving

Sharon was recommended by another agency to help refine our recruiting process. Instead of re-creating, she took the time to understand then improved the recruiting flow. She worked collaboratively with me to develop strategies for all current and potential positions. She helped us better communicate our hiring needs to attract top talent.
